A Look Into Our Past

The First National Bank of Glens Falls commenced the construction of a grand office building to match its burgeoning success in 1914. The stunning structure crafted from Vermont marble, became an instant gem for downtown Glens Falls.

The building remained a bank until January 2016 and was renovated in 2020 to be the home of WorkSmart Coworking and Meeting Space.

By blending historical grandeur with modern functionality, this transformation honors the building’s storied past and reflects the evolving needs of our community. With the introduction of coworking spaces, Glens Falls now has a space that fosters collaboration, encourages growth, and contributes to the ongoing economic revitalization.
